My Alhambra did that all the time, I figured it out eventually, it is as HoneyMonster says, it seems that the remotes are very sensitive to accidental activation and it only takes a very brief and light press of the buttons on the remote keyfob to activate the opening and once I realised this I took my key out of my pocket and put it on a shelf every time I came in the house, never happened after that.
