Tesco finally extracted digit and put madam on priority booking list. Secret seems to be write to their CEO and give full details, i.e., full name of nominated clinically vulnerable person, NHS number, full serial number of Tesco Clubcard. Got result quickly too – one day after writing to CEO.
So, thanks, Tesco. Just got to get Waitrose to catch up now.
