There’s a very worrying pile of earth gradually appearing at the bottom of the garden. It’s getting wider and higher as each minute passes …. the last time I saw something similar was in the local graveyard. I’m wondering whether the family have plans for me, lol!
My son and his girlfriend are digging out the base and edging for new decking and panelling to go across the bottom of the lower garden. It’s a spot where until last year we had some conifers and a couple of old elms which had almost died, now they’re going to turn it into a teatime chill space as the sun hits that spot almost until it sets.
We will have to wait for the job to be done until the self employed fencers and deckers are able to work again, as we’re not as handy and talented as you JS, lol. Still, we can do the spade work to keep us focussed ( erm, when I say ‘we’ I mean them of course)
I’m sat on a comfy patio settee drinking decaf coffee while watching them dig. It’s another lovely day here in beautiful Worcestershire.
