    Frustrated, like many here I am one of the 1.5m. Stayed up late and got an Asda delivery slot, did my shopping and then, on checkout, received a message saying we don’t recognize your personal details and your town/city doesn’t exist. Gave up after 1 hour! Impossible to contact ADSA by phone, email or via facebook or twitter.

    I had the same experience yesterday afternoon amending an Asda delivery due for today. I tried different methods of payment without joy. It eventually went through after I removed a large number of items from my trolley. The whole process was very stressful and took a couple of hours. Delivery arrived this morning, 21 items not avaialble including milk, but I have lots of breakfast cereal.
