I expect the “exercise” and “dog walking” to be withdrawn in the next couple of days (the reason which will be given will be failure of some to follow the rules) and greater enforcement to ensure the streets are empty. These two “concessions” are part of a phased approach, albeit a rapid one. Basically we will all (save key workers) be confined to our homes.
