Yeah, some dealers just baffle me with their attitude, they are clearly doing you a very begrudged favour for taking money from your pocket. And I blame us, the customers. Vote with your wallet, dealer a bit crap? Go somewhere else, either another dealer, same make, or wherever. Its the only way things will change.
