Yeah it is a bit hesitant but you have 2 modes eco and normal. Normal it’s not hesitant but a bit on/off and eco you put your foot down and it’s a slight pause before it gets going. I tested the phev out first which the acceleration was instant and at £1600 up front was our choice but at renewal it had jumped to £3750 so we opted for the petrol.
I would suggest test driving the petrol as they often lend you them for 48hrs, but even if you just went for it I’m sure you’d not be disappointed.
