I agree, but, I don’t have a drive to charge it on. My car is parked in a small parking “inlet” in front of my house on the road but there’s a footpath between it and the house. My main driving is local shops and into Durham or Houghton once or twice a week (about 12 – 18 miles round trip). I do monthly 50 mile round trips to Ponteland and about 9 120 mile round trips to Otterburn a year, I need a decent size boot to carry equipment.
Most of the compact SUV Phev/Mhev cars are either too low or lack the legroom/headroom for me to get in/out of comfortably.
