The Motability advisor asked me for the vehicle mileage (26,000) and said to me “our policy is that we don’t allow lease extensions on cars that have covered more than 15,000 miles, but as you have explained that you had to add options to make the vehicle suitable for your needs I can add that two year extension to your lease.”
