If its only Volvo at the minute that’s one thing but as customers we should be told up front if metallic paint is an extra, I can imagine a dealer saying “would like metallic” and we the customer thinking to ourselves “yes Motability are paying” then turning up on handover day to find an extra 600 quid on the bill.
