Haven’t posted for a while as I’ve not been too good for a while, but had to comment on this.
Last year on the way to Spain we had a partial idrive failure, the only feature working was the phone. I contacted BMW while on the M20 and got a call back from a technician, he suggested it might reset once we got out the car for a while at Folkestone…it didn’t. BMW then arranged for the car to be repaired in Spain, the day after we arrived a driver turned up with a replacement car, took ours away and returned it next day, no fuss, no bother, no charge, it even came back with a bit more fuel in the tank.
