I think it’s safe to say that, as every member of his party voted not guilty, and every member of the Democrats voted guilty, that the entire thing was a complete sham where absolutely no-one took any notice whatsoever of any evidence and just voted the way they were told to, which frankly was always going to happen which has made the entire impeachment thing a complete joke from the start. The Democrats announced they were going to impeach Trump THEN went looking for reasons to do so which, in itself, is ridiculous.
