Glad u have got it sorted if it wasn’t for vw customer care I probably would of cancels my order as I didn’t have a great experience with my dealer. I’m unsure on how long it will take to get ur car as it’s an all space and from threads on this forum I believe they are built in Mexico and take longer than the Tiguan.
