8.7? Pah! DH’s TT does it in 4.2. 😀
But back the the reality of Motability cars: Rear wheel drive is no good for me, unfortunately, which pretty much puts all the Beemers on Motab. out of contention. Our drive is really steep upwards to the road and can, realistically, only be reversed out of. The power has to come from the front wheels (or 4wd) or the car completely loses traction at the critical point where you reverse turn into the road.
It’s probably just as well that I can’t limbo my way into the drivers seat when the car’s on the drive and DH always has to get my car out onto the road.
As I’ve said before, I also prefer 2 dr to 4 dr.
