Malcolm you may be right the extension to 6 years may bring many high end EVs into play.
BEVs are so much cheaper to run so this could come into the equation also.
The life span of batteries have been a concern for some but this is being seen as less of a problem and with Tesla about to announce a 1,000,000 mile battery this perceived problem should disappear.
