Tommy you can 100% cancel at anytime, if it was me I would ask to speak to the dealer principal and explain I want to change the colour or i will be forced to cancel my order and go elsewhere.
Nobody can force you to except a vehicle or enter the PIN number it’s there as vinalspin says for your protection.
