@Debs Glad I’m not the only one who thinks VW Bradford are poor! I even left them a horrible review on Google – it wasn’t my first visit. I asked for a test drive of a 1.5tsi – took me 30 mins to get there with my disabled daughter. It took them 30 mins to sort paper work – the sales rep drove the car out to the bottom of them main road outside – swapped seats and asked me to drive back to the dealership . The drive lasted for around 180 seconds. And I’m not exaggerating!
On the other side Roger Brocklesby at VW Hull has been a pleasure to deal with on both occasions. Honest and a true genetleman. Constant updates and E-Mails and never annoyed by me calling and asking questions.
