Yep as they bound by the law as well.. like normal drivers are and i bet their company insurance won’t cover them for that either.
Smart motorways ain’t smart / smart means they can control it remotely at a computer hub using ai and cameras but they really for charging per mile.. on the cheap once the whole network is complete… when we all in elec they gonna need the £££ they’ve lost in fuel tax.
In the usa even in california Gasoline is no more than $4 a gallon alot less in other states, how much we pay in tax.. here in uk and the eu is crazy, that cash cows gonna end soon..
