I have had all of the services on the XC60 done from a different dealer to the one who supplied it, but I did have to specifically notify motability that I was changing my preferred dealer after the second or third time I went to the “wrong” one.
I will be doing the same thing with the Tiguan due any day, local dealer is a lot closer than the supplying dealer
