ive just cancelled my lease over the phone with motability as i need a higher car to get in and out so dont have a renewal letter. all i had to take into the dealer was proof of entitlement of 12 months wpms, driving lic, a utility bill to confirm address. that was it.
once we sorted the car i wanted to order the rep put it all on the system printed off the invoice etc a couple of signatures job done. folowing morning i checked the motability system and it had all been approved.
i do hope some more people get to order a car on this offer. a pity the ride in the i3/i3s was just a bit poorer than the countryman otherwise i would have been on my way to sunny scunny today as well lol.
