Some years ago, our son insured his brand new Citigo with “Drive Like a Girl” insurance, black box fitted and £600 a year saved at a stroke, premiums were £560. As he drove like a girl he got £160 back during the year, so £400 in total for fully comp at 19, a bargain. I was told, very sternly, to keep to the limits when I drove it!
He was with them for 4 years, then it was cheaper to go elsewhere (no box). We never had any issues with it except when I forgot to “Drive like a Girl”…lol.
In life, it's not who you know that's important, it's how your wife found out.
