Just read through that and it seems strange that the customer ( us ) must return it but it’s not to go back to Mota and has to be disposed of by the dealer ( however they see fit ) what a waste! Surely the customer should be blue to retain it for use or have as a spare and if no longer required be able to donate it?
doesnt seem very ethical to me
anyways I hope you get your issue sorted ASAP mate ??
