Thank you all for all the information very helpful as always. Definitely will be dropping by the tint shop once I have the car to get them darkened I did ask the sale person why can’t I have them done via factory order and said they only go really dark on the golfs but not on the Tiguan. Does anyone know of tinting the car needs approving by motability?
Choosing white as the colour I do believe I’m going to be best friends with my local car washers lol I have grey now and even when it’s filthy I wouldn’t know unless my 6yr old decides to rub along the car or when he gets out the car. Eeekkkk
I paid £100 for my current back windows and tailgate but would say the job was done ok but not perfect and I’m very ocd etc but it’s the place I’ve always used on all my cars if they dnt come with tints or dark enough. This time will be paying a little more I think for hopefully a better finish. I was definitely sold on this car through the tech and good seating position also.
My current car has some wheel spin at times but again I think this is down to my heavy foot lol ? also as I’ve never had a AWD hopefully it’s something I won’t regret again as my car is useless in snow, I always said that I wouldn’t have another auto without this function but oh well. Where would I really need to go when it snows as schools close if it’s bad so my 2 children would be home with me.
