This is something I have thought of too.
After I paid for electric seats (I need for exit/entry, I could not afford to pay an additional £1,300 for leather. It was to be the first car for about 15 yrs without but I thought it would be ok. It wasn’t. The seat cloth is like Velcro and I really struggle.
The reason I’ve not voiced anything? I am so grateful to Motability for being there after my world fell apart and I eventually succumb to my disability that I did not feel I could voice this.
With the way manufacturers are going with ‘packs’, I won’t be able to spec anything I want/need.
