As a trade unionist since the early 70s and a card carrying Labour memberfor the simiar amount of time I can assure your kind self that I am well read on the differences between, lets say Marxism, Trotskyism and Democratic socialism.
In fact, as we are chatting now, Im reading an excellent book that I might suggest you take time to read, “The Ragged Trousered Philanthropist.”
It has an excellent foreword by the late, great tony Benn, himself who was often accused of being a trotskyist.
Might I suggest you add it to your reading list, expand your mind away from the far right publications that you appear to be feeding your mind with.
