Good luck in your search. The golf SV might be worth a look. Like you, seat, access and driving position will again be paramount in my New Year decision making, along with a big boot. I’m increasingly reliant on my hoist.
Thanks, yeah its such a big decsion and its getting harder to find the right car.. especailly if you want luxury seats and an automatic.. and acc as standard. Just popped to vw to have them change the wiper blades, first time in 9 years of being on the scheme and thats becasuse I’ve done more miles in my golf, than my first two cars on the Motability Scheme.
While i was there had a chat and don’t think the golfs even an option right now.. he didn’t even think the golf 8 be on the scheme till july at earliest if at all..
looked at t- roc but think right now tiguan is better value right now.. t cross to small, really liked the sel trim seats.. but only available in one engine the SEL TSI 4MOTION 2.0 ltr 190 bhp but 30.7 mpg or the R-LINE TECH TDi nicer trim on outside but seats are not as nice but better mpg 44.8 as only 150bhp. only two dsg options in higher trims.. Gonna organise a test drive after looking at the specs. did say they’d give £200 of the ap so with £600 gcb that helps abit. £2099 for sel £2199 r-line I hopes the price drops in jan, but i doubt it.. more likely they could disappear as well… coz thats common.
