I am incline to agree Motability should be putting some of their massive reserves into subsidising EV and automatic. As regards manual vehicles the disabled person is not always the driver, why should they be penalised.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
