    Hi Rox

I went to a VW dealer to check out a Tiguan or golf estate – need the boot for a large rollator- and saw a car that I had never even glanced at. A Touran. After 2.5 years cannot fault it. Just done a 330 mile round trip for a hospital visit in Birmingham and had no issues with the seats. Love the seat heaters which are part of the winter pack. Drives like an elevated golf estate. Seats at hip height for easy access and no suv wide cills. Mine is a SEL 1.4 tsi dsg with standard ACC. Currently £1099 which is £400 less that 3 years ago. Bargain, imho for a £32k car. Alcantara seats with adjustable lumbar. I’m 6’1 and wife 5’6 and both find driving position and visibility excellent. A underrated little bus. Not fashionable but highly practical and built in Wolfsburg alongside the golf.
