There will be hearing in the Scottish court on the 6th September to stop the U.K. leaving without a deal. It is likely this will move to the U.K. high court soon after.
If he refuses to go, in the event of a no confidence vote, he would go against tradition which is not good. He could lose the vote and stay as PM but as the head of a unity government.
If he decides to prorogue parliament he requires the approval of the Queen and that’s where it gets constitutionally problematic. If she gives the ok knowing why it’s being requested she becomes part of this unconstitutional charade.
The only person who got all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.
