I am 2 years and 24000 miles in on a X1 1.8 s drive. a nice car. Problems have been EGR valve packing in at 20000 miles. BMW service response was excellent car collected and Brand new service car delivered the same day. Very choppy ride on rough roads……. my mistake for specifying larger wheels with 50 profile tyres. Also it is probably the worst car I have ever driven in snow!! definitely needs all season tyres. I see that BMW are still fitting the non adjustable seatbelt no problem for me but it nearly strangles Mrs Oatie ( as I said no problem for me!!:) )
