I have today received my PIN number to collect my next car. There doesn’t appear to be any date re picking up the car from the dealer. It just says that the dealer will contact me when the car is ready. So my question is this, if the car is ready before the actual date my current car contract ends, do I have to wait until the current contract ends, or is this solely down to the dealer? The reason behind the question is that my current contract is supposed to end on 25th September, but the dealer says my car should be ready in August. I just can’t remember what has happened in the past.

You can not have your new car until the 3 years is up. However if you have extended your contract, they you can go get it.

You must do the full 3 years so car ready or not you can’t pick it up until the 25th September unless you don’t mind the early termination penalty.
