I’ve had mine for exactly 1 year so thought I would give a review of how it’s gone.

Overall I’m happy with it but there are a few things I find annoying.

Plenty of space and extremely comfortable! The boot fits our manual wheelchair with the wheels on but with the back rest folded down. And there’s still room either side of it to fit a few shopping bags etc.

Rear leg room and head space is great and very comfy.

Tech: The steering wheel controls are slightly annoying. Sometimes not very responsive and other times easily pressed by accident when turning etc. They are the horrible touch ones and not the clicky type.
Plenty of tech included on what was the v1 model, think the v2 is available now.

The sensors/emergency stop is my biggest issue with the car. I’m not exaggerating when I say a fly could be 10 metres away and it will slam on the breaks for me and scream! It could actually cause an accident to be honest.

It has a massive screen with plenty of options and tabs to flick though, maybe too many but once you get used to it then you only tend to stick to a few anyway.Overall the tech works good.

On average I would say 260-280 miles from a full charge is what it gives. I do tend to pull off ‘confidently’ so most likely lose a few miles from that. Obviously driving style and other factors can affect this. It’s a very fast car…

Had to visit the Cupra dealership in Chilwell Nottingham once due to a fuse replacement and they were awful. Bad customer service and gave the impression motability customers were not as important as a ‘normal’ customer.

At the time i only paid £599 advance payment for it as another dealership was offering £1k discount and I managed to convince my local dealership to match it. Not sure I would pay over 2k(ish) for it.

Happy with the car but like most, it’s not perfect.  Based on how comfy it is and the how spacious it is I would have no problem recommending it.

Wait you only paid £599 on it? It’s so expensive now it’s £6,995 for AP which is so expensive for what you get on the V1.

After the discounts at the time that’s what I paid. Was one of the main reasons I went for it at the time, seemed like a bargain compared to other cars/prices.

The AP since has just gone up and up to were it is now which is crazy! Would never pay nearly 7k for a car without 360 cameras and heated seats as standard.

Just found the post on here from March 2025,

Listing price in motability was £6995, most Cupra dealerships at that moment were offering them for £1695 with 2 dealerships offering them £0 ap (in stock cars only).

I managed to get my local dealership to do it for £695 (1k discount from what most dealerships were offering).
              So £695 not £599 sorry.

With the AP being almost £7K for what is the base model, there are far better deals with the private leasing companies than what’s offered by Motability.

I agree which is why I said I wouldn’t pay anymore than 2k(ish) which is still more than I paid 🙂

I feel awful paying £7.2K for my Enyaq as I needed rhe surround cameras plus all my adaptations. I have considered going private in this case it doesn’t make much sense as its my first adapted car, and well it does workout slightly better off to do motability right now.

Thats alot of money, once you take into account sacrified benefits, with nothing to show for it after 3yrs!

I already factored it in sadly motability works out best for this once as my financial situation doesnt make sense to take on a loan at this stage, plus as its my first adapted vehicle it helps me know what works best.

Good review and it’s one of the few cars on the road I think looks good. I think I’m going to review my review lol.

@shann200 that’s a Hella of a lot of money. I don’t want to hijack this thread so why do your own and you will get some good advice on ways that can help.
