i went in and ordered yesterday, my letter april 2025 from veterans simply stated my war pension would increase to xxxx it didnt break it down into the different elements. the 2024 letter broke it down to war pension, lower standard of occupation and mobility less the payment to motability. both had an open date.
i took both into kia just in case and he copied the 2024 one with the breakdown.
today ive had an email from kia confirming the car has been ordered on their system jst waiting for motability to catch up as it said i had to wait until 29 feb.
