Thank you both, I really appreciate the replies.
Yes, the mileage is unusually high this year and that’s part of the difficulty. Our daughter started secondary school in a town 30 miles away, and our son started college 60 miles away. Last year our daughter was in a local primary school, so we weren’t doing anything close to this mileage and son was in secondary school where my daugher is going this year.
So this year has been very different compared to previous years.
