@Menorca Mike While not a tesco shopper, I am sure you will find such joints in the cold meat fridge’s. Just be cautiously aware that it is gammon and not some compressed gammon meat. For 2 people and some left over for sandwiches, I would say 1.5 kg or 2kg which is roughly 4.5 pounds in weight.
Don’t forget to soak over night in cold water to leech out some of the salt.
