I can’t see too much of a problem shopping, as these places normally have camera’s clocking in/out times. How it would fair by private warden, in private car parks, I wouldn’t chance. Parking in the town centre with council operated wardens would be less of an issue.
It takes 2 weeks after renewing to getting the badge.
