Have to say, cannot fault Ohme as I needed a new holder, the other plastic one had broken, was also flimsy. Contacted help line, sent in a video and a new one received, hubby fitted, and all done in a week. No problem and sent a metal one too, so very happy. 😃

I have already had the first cable tidy buckle due to the weight of the cable (8m) and the plastic replacement ( for free by Ohme/installer) has now also buckled. I’ve ordered a 3d printed one from eBay which is much more sturdy and puts the holster at 90 degrees to take up less room from the wall. Ohme should not get away with selling a cable tidy that’s not fit for purpose. Ohme did say they were reviewing the design and I have seen metal cable tidys but people suggested this was sharp and could damage the cable.
