So, as an update to this, I ordered an ultimate AWD with tech on 17 th of April, with the messing with the changeover to the new model and AWD being discontinued we were kind of out of the loop and nobody knew what was happening in my dealership.
I am happy to report that I got a call from the dealer last week and my new model Ioniq 5 AWD with tech pack should be with us in February.
Yes I am missing a few things off the original spec, the most annoying of theses are the front memory seats as my wife struggles with mobility and the rear electric seats as my daughter also struggles with her movements and posture, we will see how things go and hopefully it is not a major issue. Just glad to see light at the end of the tunnel.
