Ah- i see. The Enyaq is a great car- there is something about trust in the car and it feels like the experience has shaken you. Thats rubbish for an experience.
I get notifications on mine when away from the car from time to time but I tend to ignore all notifications from the app. In fact, I may look at turning notifications off. I know that the car is fine and it’s not a fault.
Now that we have colder weather with us, I guess any squeaks would get worse. I would either ask the dealer service agent to accompany you to the car to hear it or even record it if someone can do that for you when driving.
I think though judging by your experience, you are fast loosing faith in the car and sometimes when that happens, it doesn’t matter if it’s fixed, you’re then just waiting for the next problem. The only worry I would have though is jumping into another car doesn’t guarantee you’ll have trouble free motoring. You’re in a difficult place – I can see that.
Whatever happens, I hope you get it resolved to your satisfaction.
