Old friend of mine was major parachute regt ,got speed ticket ,disputed it in court ,he said i was not travelling over 30, he asked insisted see proof of when police kit last calibrated, because he was not traveling over 30 ,aldershot area ,outcome police cancelled fine ,would not prove when kit last calibrated , prob because it had not been for some time, john was adamant he was not traveling over 30mph,at that time. I know no more about it .
Yep, no in date calibration is the main way of getting a ticket dropped but it’s a tiny percentage
