I think I may have found out a way to see when your enyaq has been built. Yo need to have it registered in the skoda app but if you go into “inspect” and then scroll down and download the digital cert, look at the graph at the bottom. Mine starts in feb and my car was delivered to me in March which suggests that the graph starts its counting when the car was built. It has dashed lines up until delivery date but I am sure that means my car which I took delivery of at the end of march was built in feb. This chimes with the 4-6 weeks they say it takes to get the car from the factory to the dealer and delivered to the customer.
