The Kodiaq on the scheme is for the remaining stock of the old model, which is running out fast apparently.
I love the look of the new one and hope it comes on the scheme.Current: MY24 Renault Austral Iconic FHD. AP £3,995 +£570 for hoist.
Previous Motability cars:
2013 Ford Focus estate petrol auto.
2016 Vauxhal Zafira 1.4T petrol SE Auto.
2019 Ford Kuga Vignale 1.5 petrol auto AWD.The current Kodiaq can still be ordered and built from factory. I decided not to wait for the new one as I have no idea if or when it will come on the scheme – and also after finding out it doesn’t come with a sat nav !! Yes it’s true – if you wnt a sat nav (along with a few other features) you have to pay a subscription – which in my opinion is ridiculous !!

Yes strange I will need check with local skoda dealership ,all motability advertising I have googled says 2024 kodiaq is on scheme as from Feb 2024 ? I will check it out ,I don’t want older model . Thankyou folks appreciated.

The new Kodiaq will have hybrid technology. The ones on the scheme are either 1,5 or 2l petrol only models.
Yes I will check with dealership if new model not on scheme I’m not interested in older model, it does say 2024 model on scheme from Feb 2024. I check it post my findings . Thankyou
It’s absolutely not the new model that’s on the scheme. Also remember the one they showed to the press last Pct will be the very top of the range……and not basic one.
Top range will be on scheme but WHEN ?? my dealership tell me only kodiaq on motability scheme as you’ve said is old model, new model is shown on motability adds ,but it’s not available yet ,old model I’m told is not factory built but from old stock ,vindis skoda cambridge , so I’ve lost interest in kodiaq I look other brands . Thankyou .

I’m guessing that maybe that dealer for some reason has no build slots left or for some other reason doesn’t want to order one ? However I have just placed an order for current model and am awaiting a build date – I was free to spec any add on packs I wanted so not from old stock. Seemed to be the sensible decision given that new models tend to have “problems” when first launched – and the subscription based add ons are just ridiculous.
It’s just my opinion but the new Kodiaq being launched seems to have lost its aggressive styling on the exterior.
The current model just seems more “rugged” – let’s hope the AP is affordable for those who get to order the new one when/if it becomes available.
Yes whiteswan I see dealer tells me new build orders for present kodiaq closed ,is only remaining stock, lucky you got in before it closed . I will look nissan xtrail, peugeot 5008 ,petrol ,I can’t be bothering will keep plugging in an electric , keep well all.
Micky, the new kodiaq is imminent and the information you are seeing posted on dealers websites is their attempt to get you into their dealership so that they can form a relationship with you and talk you through the options to get your next vehicle from them.

The outgoing Kodiaq, the vehicle listed, remains a competent and likeable seven seater.
