As usual MB wash their hands of it and point at dealers. All they seem to do is point you at others want to change a hire car? Call directline, call Europcar, what’s happening with my car call directline. You’d THINK if directline had updated MB as the de facto owner it’d be on their systems.
Every time I’ve called motability all they’ve done is hand out a different phone number was the same with the great BP charger disaster too
