@gloss guy Yes I confirmed with Audi they don’t build the 40 anymore so you get the 45. I was going to order one but went with the i4.
Sales persons in dealerships are often very poorly informed about how Motability works. I would put money on the fact that if you’d said to them “OK, I’ll order the 40 now if I’m going to get the 45” they would not have been able to input it on the Motability ordering system, or it would have accepted the order for the 40 and you would have been contacted some time later to be told that the order had been cancelled! Hopefully the 45 will appear tomorrow but if you’ve ordered the i4 you won’t need to worry!
Orders have only just started to be excepted (end of this month) for the 45 and 55 E-Tron. I doubt very much it wll end up on the scheme untill they have cleared the backlog of 40’s, which will no doubt end up on the scheme in other trims (S Line).
