Do you have the right to not accept the new car if ACC is not included if it is listed?
It is. My neigbour picked one up a fortnite ago, therefore unlikely it would not be a motabilty car.
You can cancel up to the point of putting your PIN in on collection day. Why not put your mind at rest and email/phone your dealer to clarify 🙂
