Not exactly on topic BigDave, but my buddy bought a new Landrover. After 11 months – JLR contacted him for its first service, at acost £1200. He declined as it had only done 4K miles.
The next year, another email to have the car serviced, its only done 7.5K miles, he declined that as well.
JLR said NOT having it serviced invalidated the warranty. Shenanigans, pure and simple.
Maybe JLR is run by an Ex-CEO of Motability….
