We collected our AWD diesel “4” yesterday. It was ordered early May and like others we missed out on the HEV but through our own fault by not getting to the dealers early enough.
We had a drive out in it last night and were really impressed. It’s nice to have an instant throttle response after 4 years driving a Tiguan. The matrix headlights are fantastic, better than the Tiguan’s non-matrix Dynamic Light Assist.
A 40 mile mixed journey returned an indicated 50.7 mpg. I don’t know how accurate the OBC is but we’re happy with that economy from an engine with 9 miles on the odometer and in 4 degree temperatures.
