My bill for the charger was well over £700. But I did have a post put in and a long run of wire, probably 20m. Consider SpeakEV forum for more ev information.
Does that include the charger itself? £700 just in labour seems like you got pulled over the table, certainly. £700 is a reasonably normal price depending on the charger.
We paid £600 altogether for our Easee One, that included both the charger itself and installation and, funny enough, a small repair in our existing wiring that the electrician noticed (20 minute work) and described as “the other guy cut two corners here”.
