Been lurking in background for awhile enjoy this great thread, decided I should join up and do a post 🙂

Car = Hyundai Kona Electric Ultimate 64 kw (Motability order)
Order date = 10/8/22 (Hyundai Nottingham (Bristol Street Motors))
Motability “application has been submitted” email =14/8/22
Ordered “jungle green” but colour discounted so changed to “cyber grey” on 24/8/22

Latest ETA (given on 25/11/22)
Production is estimated to be completed = 18/12/2022
Estimated to dock at Tilbury = 18/02/2023
“Then allow for 2-4 weeks before delivery to the Retailer”

So, I am hoping I will get it between 04/3/22 and 18/3/22 🙂

I know Hyundai delivery estimates are poor and continually changing, but I am hoping as they say production of my car quite close, that their estimate won’t be too far off? Anyone got any experience how changeable delivery estimates are this close to production being complete?

You need an Order Number (I had to email my dealer to request, “begins with 1011, not your dealer order number”?)

By email = customer.query@hyundai.co.uk (I used this and got an estimate back within 2 days)
By Phone = 0800 981 981 (Hyundai UK customer service)
Via dealer = if you purchased from helpful dealer, they should be able to get for you
Online (is Beta and did not work for me) = https://track.hyundai.co.uk/

Sipping tracking:-
https://www.eukor.com/schedule-search (think enter Ulsan for departure and Tilbury for Arrival?)
https://www.vesselfinder.com/ (think can be used if know ship name?)
