I ordered a car last week and just redoing the scheme after some time off, I took everything I could think with me ie passports, licences, proof of entitlement, proof of address etc.
when I went to order, the dealer just asked for my NI number and credit card part of licence. He entered the NI number into the system and moments later said my application was accepted. Nothing else needed!
